Following Pauline Oliveros’s teachings on Sonic Meditation and Okakura Kakuzo’s The Book of Tea, this event is an invitation to the journey of deep listening.

Collaborating with Ruihao Li, an independent artist/guitarist/philosopher, the live performance weave together meditation, improvisation, spoken-word poetry, tea-making, and performance art into an immersive experience.

This project also serves as the prototype of my other performance series: "Tea: Story of the Leaves"
